Rev Dr. Charles Adams
Rev Dr. Charles Adams is the CEO of iTeam Consultants. He is a Senior Lecturer in Transportation at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, His experience as a Civil engineer spans over 19 years overseas and in Ghana. He has served as a Transportation and Project Consultant in many national and private sector driven projects in the last 15 years.
He has PhD in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and an MSc in transport from the Centre for Transport Studies at the Imperial College/ University College of the University of London (United Kingdom). He has worked as consultant on major projects for the Ministry of Roads and Highways, National road Safety Commission, Databank Asset Management Ltd and also as a freelance transport specialist for consultancy assignments.
As a Trainer he has more than 20 years in training undergraduate and post graduate students, has conducted training need assessment and undertaken training in Ghana and in the Uganda Road Fund. He is a sought after conference and motivational speaker on Leadership, Career Development, Management and Technology Based Training skills. He has spoken to audiences in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Uganda and in the United Kingdom.
Mrs Josephine Adams
Mrs Josephine Adams is the Vice President and Deputy CEO of iTeam Consultants. She was the General Manager of the NGO division of Sinapi Aba Trust (SAT). She has over thirteen (13) years experience working with Sinapi Aba Trust (SAT) where she worked in different capacities such as head of Non-Finance Department, Project or Loans Officer, Training Coordinator, a trainer in business and management development programs etc. She has conducted corporate training for several organizations, Savings and Loan companies, Banks and Small and Medium Enterprises. She was also in charge of Clients transformational activities, Clients trainings and different forms of education, Advocacy, etc., and developmental programmes of SAT (e.g. Youth Apprenticeship and Skills training, etc.) as well as facilitates other capacity building programmes for SAT staff and other institutions-MFIs, etc.
She holds an MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), School of Business, Kumasi, Ghana and has a B.Sc. (Administration) degree from School of Administration University of Ghana,-Legon Accra- Ghana. She also holds a diploma in SMEs Management and Development from Galilee College, Israel (concentration on project management) from Galilee College-Israel and she is a graduate from Boulder Institute of Microfinance in Turin –Italy
Josephine is certified by Microsave Africa to provide market research services to micro finance institutions and other organizations. She is also a member of the Global Fellowship of Trainers (GFT) for Chalmers Center for Economic Development, U.S.A.
She has expertise in project management, microfinance and management development programs. She has trained several groups and individuals engaged in Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs) to improve upon their businesses. She also conducts and facilitates trainings for Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), Banks and other organizations engaged in microfinance to improve upon their operations and performance.
She is a conference and motivational speaker.
